Purpose and Objectives
Freestate ChalleNGe Academy is to intervene in and reclaim the lives of at-risk youth to produce program graduates with the values, skills, education, and self-discipline necessary to succeed as adults. ChalleNGe is for young men and women who wish to make major changes in their lives and who are willing to take resonsibility for making them happen. Our program is called "ChalleNGe" for good reason. We offer you a 17-month path to self-improvement while helping you enhance the personal tools you will use in adult life. ChalleNGe is not easy, but it can be the best time of your life. You will stretch and grow emotionally, mentally, and physically. You will have fun and adventure. You will also acquire new skills and the self-confidence to make them count.
